CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

There will be no refunds or exchanges.

Do not return any items unless an approval waiver has been issued.  (Customer is responsible for all lost and damage packages, insurance required)

Customer enters into a binding contract upon submittal of payment.  Payments are accepted by the following manner:  Customer should contact Kei Stylist  with all questions before submitting payments.

Online – www.keistylist.com

Retail Store – Hilltop Mall

Kei Stylist will attempt to complete all orders within 15 days.  Kei Stylist reserves the right to extend this timeframe, as appropriate to complete more detailed orders.

Cancellations:

All orders are final and cannot be cancelled.  No exceptions.   

In Store Pick-up:

Kei Stylist will contact the customer upon completion of work order.  Customer may pick-up orders at our retail store.  All in store pick-up orders must be picked up within 30 days from date of work order completion.  Orders will be cancelled after 30 days without notice and deposits/payments will not be refunded.

Shipping:

Customers may have products shipped for an additional charge.  Customer is responsible for all shipping $ handling cost, unclaimed & returned package repackaging fees and postage.   No refund for unclaimed packages.  All packages are shipped with USPS (www.USPS.com) with tracking #.  USPS usually arrives in 3-7 days, but postal delays can postpone their arrival.
